Certified Life & Leadership Coach based in Washington, DC., and I'm passionate about bringing consciousness and awareness to people so that they can do the work that aligns them to the life and career they want. When equipped with tools to address ourselves, we can take accountability for our lives and find more access to our happiness than we realized.
It's beyond fact that happier people give more heart, consideration, and ingenuity to themselves, others, and their careers. We are inherently happy; however, our limited beliefs, mindsets, and insecurity create unsatisfying life experiences. Therefore, I work with individuals, teams, and organizations to overcome personal, team, and organizational roadblocks that prevent them from reaching their highest potential.
